Estimates of  time frame will be clearly stated and will never exceed the limit provided.

A 50% deposit is required before starting any artwork, with the remaining balance due after the mock-up is created, just before the drawing begins.

Deposit is non-refundable

Remaining balance payment is non-refundable once artwork has begun.

There will be a notification sent in advance of the artwork being started

Drawing updates will be sent on request

Time frame for completion will be communicated depending on the waitlist. Discounts will be offered and discussed if unreasonable time completion exceeds the date given.
